Services

At Redes y Raíces PLLC, I offer culturally responsive, developmentally appropriate mental health services rooted in compassion, creativity, and connection. My practice is dedicated to supporting children, youth, families, educators, and fellow mental health professionals through a variety of therapeutic and community-based services.

Whether you're seeking support for a child navigating anxiety or trauma, a parent looking for guidance, or an educator feeling the weight of burnout, I’m here to walk alongside you. My services are offered in both Spanish and English and draw on ten years of experience working in schools, communities, and clinical settings.

Together, we’ll create a nurturing space where healing, play, identity, and social justice come together to support growth and resilience.

Workshops coming soon!

I provide individualized support for educators experiencing burnout, secondary trauma, and compassion fatigue, especially those working in high-stress, or inequitable school systems.

Together, we explore:

  • Processing the emotional toll of working with students impacted by trauma

  • Navigating systemic barriers and institutional challenges

  • Reclaiming purpose, joy, and boundaries in your role

  • Building sustainable self-care and community-care practices

  • Tools for emotional regulation and nervous system support

  • Restorative practices and values-aligned reflection for long-term resilience

As a bilingual, school-based clinician with a background in SEL integration, I understand the demands placed on educators—and I offer a space of nonjudgmental support and practical tools for renewal.
